This series will help you build power, strength, balance and better connection to your breath and your self. Mobility is flexibility + strength and this series will help you to build a stronger practice. In this session, Betsy will help you to build upper-body strength as you focus on legs. You'll warm up and drop into your practice before flowing and working a bit harder in the middle bit. The session ends with floor-based poses and longer holds to help you relax.
