Our online yoga classes are just that. We do not film performances. We film transformation. We film the willingness to love each other through our practice. We film not just the victories but the failed attempts that get us to where we are, because that is what matters. Not a perfect picture, but the imperfect, beautiful journey that is life.
Iʼm Elena and I am an Italian yoga teacher who lives between Mexico, Spain and
Italy. I used to be a photographer and a designer and I became a teacher and a
lifelong student of yoga.
I started practicing yoga for flexibility and strength and to manage my
emotions and stress. Over time I got to know myself better both physically and
mentally: my flexibility and balance have improved and the way I relate to
myself has changed. The desire to deepen my practice and my knowledge led
me to get certified to teach in 2019 (RYT 200) in Barcelona. Now I want to help
others to improve their life with yoga too. I teach in English, Spanish and Italian
and Iʼm looking forward to practicing with you!
Vinyasa Flow 30 minute energizing class where we will heat up and activate the core, arms, and legs. This short sequence is focused on working the full body to improve strength, flexibility, and resistance while synchronizing each movement with the breath. All levels are welcome.
This 15-Minute Morning Flow class will leave you feeling energized and ready to take
on the day! I guide you through various asanas and soft stretches, just remember to
connect to your breath and synchronize it with your movements.
Release tension in your body and mind and work on your flexibility with this short
sequence of yin yoga created with deeply restorative postures. Practice this
sequence to end a workout or a stressful day.
A 40 minutes sequence of Vinyasa Yoga for all levels with some options for everyone
to enjoy the practice. Listen to your body and focus on your breathing. You can
combine this practice with other sequences or with other physical activities.
