Betsy is originally from Wyoming in the USA. She grew up playing competitive soccer, hiking, skiing and mountain biking. Her background as an athlete and career as a sustainability professional have woven their way into her approach as a teacher focused on both anatomy and mindfulness. She's a 500hour advanced yoga teacher who's studied with The Yoga People, Jason Crandell and has a sports yoga qualification from Sarah Ramsden, trainer to Manchester City FC and other elite sports teams. She taught in several top studios in London before moving to Barcelona in 2016, where she now teaches online and in studios.
