Today's yoga and meditation will focus on being in the present and bringing in more peace. Starting off in meditation, you will be gently transitioned into a gentle flow for the body to open it up to get ready for meditation. Once the body is more open introducing kundalini moments to further facilitate the energy flow in the body to transition into the meditation. Ending the practice with 10 minutes guided meditation and sound healing, it is designed to bring the student into deeper levels of relaxation boosting their immune system. NOTE: Students in this class move onto zero gravity chairs during the meditation portion of this video. You can continue to lay on the floor during this meditation sequence. PERFECT FOR ALL.
