Abhi was born and brought up in India New Delhi to spiritual parents and practiced meditation under various spiritual teacher since he was 6 years old. In his early years of growing up he learned teachings of vedas, Gita, mantras and various Indian scriptures from his mom who taught Sanskrit as a college professor. He has now been practicing meditation for 20+ years and explored various modalities i.e Science of spirituality, Vipassana, Kundalini, Guided meditations, Mantra meditation. Abhi moved to United States to pursue his graduate degree in Technology in 2003. While he was pursuing his successful professional IT career, he continued practicing Yoga and Ayurveda. He did various self transformation trainings with names like Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins, Landmark, Gratitude which brought clarity to his path of contribution to the society. While he was living in Atlanta he went through the Yoga teaching certification from Red hot Yoga and joined as a Yoga teacher for his corporate IT clients i.e. Newell Rubbermaid and Norfolk southern. In early 2017 he moved to Ft Lauderdale area after deciding to fully immerse in teaching the gift of Yoga and meditation. He is presently teaching in 4 locations around Ft Lauderdale in LA fitness for last 6 months and his classes are designed to bring awareness on breath and targeted to release trapped emotions in the body. Based on this extensive knowledge of ancient Indian scripture of vedas, he is presently writing a book on self healing and developing a technology to access the sub-conscious mind to empower and change existing belief systems to help people express their full potential.
